We recommend ordering the size you normally wear in a casual or dress shoe. If you’re in between sizes, we recommended ordering half a size down.

All our shoes are in US sizes. Please refer to the below size chart to find your shoe size.

We only accept payments through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.

When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.

We try to keep up with demand, but some popular items sell out faster than we anticipate.

If you would like to receive a notification of when your desired item becomes available again, simply email us the item and required size and we’ll send you an email when it’s back in stock.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

After your order has been dispatched (allow 3-4 days), the shipping times are:

Australia and Japan

2-5 business days for most areas.

All Other Countries

We use Express Mail International service, which is 7-10 business day service to most parts of the world.

These timeframes are average estimates only. Delivery may be made earlier or later depending on your location.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?2019-08-21T02:54:26+00:00

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us via email.

Once you have received a notification that the order has been shipped, it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking number does not state ‘delivered’.

Do I have to pay any custom duties and/or import taxes?2019-07-25T07:14:55+00:00

Any orders delivered outside of Australia or Japan, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

Any items(s) purchased online that you don’t love may be returned, including Sale & Clearance merchandise, provided:

1. Item(s) must be in original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes.

2. Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, then please send us an email. We will then email you an RMA form and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

When your return arrives in our warehouse we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Refunds will then be credited back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days for refund to show up in your account.

Exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item(s) and order the new item(s) separately.

When your return arrives at we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will then refund your order within 14 days of receiving it and send you another email to let you know. Your funds will then show up on your statement within 1-5 business days.

If it has been longer than 14 days since your package was received at our facility and you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us via email.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item(s), please email us so that we can assist in setting things right.

Please do not send back any incorrect, damaged or defective item(s) without contacting us first.
